Agreement between you and the operator of TopFive (AxonAC), last edited August 31, 2026 at 1:33 PM CDT.
By accessing TopFive (including https://topfive.gg, the Discord bot, and related APIs), you agree to these Terms, the Ranking Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may change these Terms. Continued use after a change is posted is acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site.
TopFive is a community directory and tooling layer for FiveM / RedM servers: listings, live CFX snapshots, votes, reviews, jobs, favorites, public profiles, on-site DMs, a small owner toolkit, partner/sponsor placements, and optional Discord integrations. SixM appears in the UI only as a disabled filter until we enable it.
We do not host game servers, process game payments, or operate the communities you click through to. When you Connect, open Discord, or open a store link, you leave our control.
“User Content” includes listing names, descriptions, tags, join codes, Discord/Tebex URLs, webhooks, reviews, job posts, applications, reports, on-site DMs, public profile fields (display name, tagline, bio, avatar URL, banner URL, website, location, accent, supporting server), partner inquiries, and anything else you submit. We strip HTML and reject javascript: / non-http(s) links in those fields.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (formatting), display, and distribute that User Content as needed to run, promote, and secure the service. This license ends when content is deleted from our live systems, except for residual backups, legal holds, and content other users already copied.
You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate law or someone else’s rights. We are not obligated to pre-screen content.
If you install the bot or save a webhook, you authorize us to post to that destination (votes, reviews, applications, offline alerts, and similar events). You must have the right to add the bot to that guild and to receive those posts. You are responsible for the security of webhook URLs. We are not responsible for how Discord or your staff handle that data after it leaves our servers.

We may remove content, strip votes, mark a listing Reported, unapprove listings, ban accounts, or contact hosts / Discord / CFX when we believe these Terms, the Rules, or law require it. We may do that with or without notice. Appeals can be sent through site tools; we are not required to restore anything.
The site design, software, and TopFive marks are ours or our licensors’. CFX, FiveM, RedM, Discord, and Rockstar marks belong to their owners. Send copyright complaints with a proper notice (good-faith signature, work identified, URL, contact, and a statement under penalty of perjury) through the site report flow. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
CFX, Discord, payment stores, flag/CDN providers, and other sites have their own terms. We are not those companies. Outages or policy actions on their side can break features here.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are safe, that counts are exact, that votes cannot be gamed, or that the site will be error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXONAC, TopFive, AND THEIR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVER COMMUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OFTEN ZERO).
Some states do not allow certain limits. In that case, the limit applies to the fullest extent allowed.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, your servers, your webhooks, your Discord guilds, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may stop providing all or part of the service at any time. Sections that should survive (license leftovers, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes you and we cannot settle informally is the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere. You waive class actions to the extent waivable.
If a section is unenforceable, the rest stays. These Terms are the entire agreement about the service. You may not assign your account without our consent; we may assign the service (for example in a sale). Failure to enforce a section is not a waiver. No joint venture or employment is created. Headings are for reading only.
