Terms of Service

Agreement between you and the operator of TopFive (AxonAC), last edited October 26, 2026 at 1:31 PM CDT.

1. Acceptance

By accessing TopFive (including https://topfive.gg, the Discord bot, and related APIs), you agree to these Terms, the Ranking Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may change these Terms. Continued use after a change is posted is acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site.

2. The service

TopFive is a community directory and tooling layer for FiveM / RedM servers: listings, live CFX snapshots, votes, reviews, jobs, favorites, public profiles, on-site DMs, a small owner toolkit, partner/sponsor placements, optional paid homepage placements, and optional Discord integrations. SixM appears in the UI only as a disabled filter until we enable it.

We do not host game servers or operate the communities you click through to. Paid homepage placements are billed by us through PayPal. We do not process in-game or store payments for your community. When you Connect, open Discord, or open a store link, you leave our control.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with parent/guardian authority to bind you to these Terms.
One human, one account unless we approve otherwise. Shared “staff” logins are your problem; the account holder is on the hook.
Provide accurate information. Keep your password and Discord link safe.
We may refuse, lock, or delete accounts at our discretion, including for risk, abuse, chargeback patterns, or legal exposure.

4. Your content

“User Content” includes listing names, descriptions, tags, join codes, Discord/Tebex URLs, webhooks, reviews, job posts, applications, reports, on-site DMs, public profile fields (display name, tagline, bio, avatar URL, banner URL, website, location, accent, supporting server), partner inquiries, and anything else you submit. We strip HTML and reject javascript: / non-http(s) links in those fields.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (formatting), display, and distribute that User Content as needed to run, promote, and secure the service. This license ends when content is deleted from our live systems, except for residual backups, legal holds, and content other users already copied.

You represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate law or someone else’s rights. We are not obligated to pre-screen content.

5. Listings and “Connect”

A listing is the owner’s advertisement, not our warranty that the server is safe, online, or as described.
Join codes and CFX data can be wrong, stale, or hijacked. Verify before you play.
We may rewrite, freeze, or remove metadata we pull from CFX if it is abusive or broken.
Sponsored placements are ads. They do not buy rank.

6. Votes, reviews, jobs

Votes are a limited, revocable feature. They have no cash value and can be voided.
Incentivized voting is only allowed if it is honest (e.g. “vote on our listing page”). Selling votes, account farms, and automated clients are a breach.
Reviews and job applications may be shown to listing owners and stored for abuse review.
Job posts are not employment offers by TopFive.

7. Discord bot and webhooks

If you install the bot or save a webhook, you authorize us to post to that destination (votes, reviews, applications, offline alerts, and similar events). You must have the right to add the bot to that guild and to receive those posts. You are responsible for the security of webhook URLs. We are not responsible for how Discord or your staff handle that data after it leaves our servers.

8. Profiles, DMs, toolkit

Public profiles are public. Do not put secrets there. Profile views are counted (one increment per visitor session).
On-site DMs are a convenience, not a secure messenger. We may scan or preserve them for abuse. You can disable incoming DMs on your profile.
Toolkit pages (joaat, cfg, lookup, colors, RP slang, etc.) are provided as-is. CFX lookup hits public CFX endpoints with the code you paste.

9. Paid placements

Featured slots and orbit slots are optional, labeled ads. They are separate products. A featured slot places a listing in the homepage featured row. An orbit slot places a listing on the homepage playing-now ring. Neither changes vote rank, review score, or organic sort order.

You must be signed in, have Discord linked, and own an approved listing to buy a slot. Staff may also grant a slot without a payment.
Price is shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars, per month, for 1 to 6 months. Buying more than one month applies the discount shown at checkout (currently 5% off the term for each month after the first, up to 25% off at 6 months). We may change prices or the discount before you pay. The amount sent to PayPal is the amount you owe.
Time starts when PayPal captures the payment, or when staff apply a grant. Extra months stack on time still left for that same product. Featured time does not add orbit time, and orbit time does not add featured time.
Slots are a limited advertising service, not a good you can resell. They have no cash value outside the placement period.
Once a slot is applied, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, or where we failed to apply a captured payment and cannot fix it. Ending a listing, a ban, or your own edit does not pause the clock. Chargebacks or payment disputes may remove the slot and the account.
A custom banner URL you set must be an image you have the right to use. If you do not set one, we use the CFX banner or the site default.
We may reject, shorten, or remove a placement that breaks these Terms or the Ranking Rules, without owing a refund if the removal is for your breach.

10. Prohibited use

You will not, and will not help others to:

Break the law, or traffic in malware, stolen credentials, or stolen payment data
Post sexual content involving minors, or attempt to groom anyone
Doxx, stalk, swat, or threaten real-world harm
Scam players (fake giveaways, unauthorized payment pages, impersonation)
Attack or overload the site, scrape it aggressively, or bypass rate limits and cooldowns
Reverse engineer non-public APIs except as allowed by law
Misrepresent affiliation with TopFive, Cfx.re, Rockstar, or Discord
Use the service if we have banned you

11. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, strip votes, mark a listing Reported, unapprove listings, ban accounts, or contact hosts / Discord / CFX when we believe these Terms, the Rules, or law require it. We may do that with or without notice. Appeals can be sent through site tools; we are not required to restore anything.

12. Intellectual property

The site design, software, and TopFive marks are ours or our licensors’. CFX, FiveM, RedM, Discord, and Rockstar marks belong to their owners. Send copyright complaints with a proper notice (good-faith signature, work identified, URL, contact, and a statement under penalty of perjury) through the site report flow. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

13. Third parties

CFX, Discord, payment stores, flag/CDN providers, and other sites have their own terms. We are not those companies. Outages or policy actions on their side can break features here.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are safe, that counts are exact, that votes cannot be gamed, or that the site will be error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXONAC, TopFive, AND THEIR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SERVER COMMUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OFTEN ZERO).

Some states do not allow certain limits. In that case, the limit applies to the fullest extent allowed.

16. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, your servers, your webhooks, your Discord guilds, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.

17. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may stop providing all or part of the service at any time. Sections that should survive (license leftovers, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes you and we cannot settle informally is the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere. You waive class actions to the extent waivable.

19. Miscellaneous

If a section is unenforceable, the rest stays. These Terms are the entire agreement about the service. You may not assign your account without our consent; we may assign the service (for example in a sale). Failure to enforce a section is not a waiver. No joint venture or employment is created. Headings are for reading only.
